Skills and requirement
▪️At least 3 years of experience with UX and UI design
▪️A portfolio of design projects showing a strong human-centered approach and based on research
▪️End-to-end experience with UX design (research and analysis, concept creation, persona, story and journey mapping, wireframing and UI design).
▪️Business know-how: Understanding of business metrics and the ability to translate company goals and objectives into digital experiences.
▪️Hands-on experience with: lab-based usability testing, remote testing, paper prototype testing, iterative prototype testing, concept testing and field research.
▪️Strong grasp of quantitative data analysis.
▪️Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences and technology colleagues.
▪️Proficiency in popular industry-standard tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Zeplin and Sketch.
▪️Knowledge of UI style guides, color theory and typography.
Responsibilities
▪️Research and Design
▪️Conduct user research and design assessments through competitive & comparative analysis, heuristic evaluations, and user journey maps for new and potential clients.
▪️Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand and incorporate technical, business, and user requirements into usable designs.
▪️Analyze and interpret research and feedback to gain user insight and incorporate this feedback into new designs.
▪️Support User Testing research by creating test plans, review test footage + transcripts, develop insights and manage in-depth user interviews and surveys.
▪️Work within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce a brand’s style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
▪️Work with other designers to create presentation slide decks for new and current clients.
▪️Develop and maintain style guides and template library.
▪️Manage and organize internal asset libraries.
▪️Continually elevate and adopt new UX and research tools and methodology
▪️Support the team with weekly and monthly performance reports for each client.
